Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Geneva is seeking to add a part-time, outgoing person to help support other professionals in our office. This is a three day per week position (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday / 9:00AM - 5:00PM). As a staff assistant, you will aid in being sure we continue to provide excellent customer service to our present clients while also contacting prospects not presently insured with State Farm.
Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with existing clients as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Assist in developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Compensation $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
